SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship to most EU countries. All orders are shipped via courier services GLS and DHL. If your country is not on the list, please contact us via Instagram or at support@alevystudios.com, and we will see what we can do to help. Please note that we will not ship to Russia or Belarus.
Delivery time depends on the destination and courier service:
- Poland (DHL Standard): 1-3 business days
- EU (GLS Standard): 4-8 business
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses and during holidays or events may result in longer delivery times.
Shipping costs:
- Poland: zł 20.00
- EU Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia): €16.50
- EU Zone 2 (Finland, France, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden): €25.00
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package, and we will be unable modify the shipping address.
DUTIES AND TAXES
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). VAT will be charged at checkout for eligible countries.
For orders outside of the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes incurred.
Alevy Studios cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, taxes, or delays related to customs over which we have no control.
If a customer refuses a shipment, they will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to Alevy Studios. These amounts will be deducted from the refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
At this time, we can only accept returns, as we cannot accommodate exchanges.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except in the case of faulty items). Please keep the return postage receipt as proof of shipment. Alevy Studios will not be held liable for lost return packages.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
The original shipping costs will not be reimbursed or refunded, except for faulty items.
Only The Drawstring Top and The Raw Edge Top from our current launch collection are eligible for return. Lingerie items such as bras and panties cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Need to return an item? Email orders@alevystudios.com with your order ID to request a return. You will receive a return form and the return shipping address. Returns are processed within 10 working days of receiving the package.
PAYMENTS
Payments are made by either Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay or PayPal. All payments are made using a secure SSL connection.
